Since Chang Jia M&E Engineering was founded in 1993, it has transformed from a small Electromechanical Engineering company to a truly professional mechanical and electrical engineering integration company in Taiwan. The company is approved to list on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under ticker number 4550. Over the years, Chang Jia has successively contracted the business, five-star hotel and high-tech factory electrical and mechanical construction projects. The owners are all over the major industries, for instance, China Life, G-TECH Optoelectronics Corporation, TSMC, Corning Incorporated, ASE Technology, E United Group, Hotel Indigo Taipei North, Evergreen Sky Catering Corp, EVA Airlines, STARLUX Airlines, Taiwan Fertilizer and Taichung Commercial Bank, etc. As for the sports industry M&E project, the company has contracted the design and construction of the packaged public works, including New Taipei City Zhonghe Civil Sports Center, New Taipei City Tu-Cheng Civil Sports Center and The social housing of Universiade Athletes’ Village in Linko in 2017. In addition to the absolute advantages of civil engineering or public works, the turnkey engineering project has won numerous international awards.

Apart from the existing business, Chang Jia Sports & Leisure was established in 2013 to move towards a diversified business goal and support the sports industry in Taiwan, participating in the Operation Transfer at National Sports Centers of all counties and cities, as well as all levels of school sports venues. Taipei Heping Basketball Gymnasium and five other Civil Sports Centers are under the company’s management right, including National Taipei University of Education Sports Center, New Taipei City Zhonghe Civil Sports Center, New Taipei City Banqiao Civil Sports Center, Taipei City Jhong Jheng Sports Center, New Taipei City Xindian Civil Sports Center and Taoyuan City Luzhu Civil Sports Center.

In the future, Chang Jia will strengthen the investment in sports venues, expand the scope of the industry, and develop towards a multi-objective and comprehensive group system. Over the years, the company has provided quite a lot of job vacancies and talent training opportunities, especially for the athletes who have won glory for the country, this allows them to have a dedication to their strengths after retirement, and also allows the company to repay the corporate responsibility to the society.

Although Chang Jia used to be a traditional industry, in recent years, the company has focused more on building the sports industry. Chang Jia Sports & Leisure business units was set to sponsor and host various domestic sports events, providing bonuses and stages for outstanding students. The company holds a regular basketball training camp, Chang Jia Cup - male and female basketball tournaments and sports campus tours. In addition, sports competition scholarships are provided for the poor and excellent young players of hockey, swimming, archery, table tennis and other projects. In order to train excellent sports talents for the country, the company also sponsors the national disabled athletes to go abroad for training competitions. Chang Jia has also become a real sports company. Since 2017, it has been affirmed by the Ministry of Education’s Sports Department for the “I Sports” Enterprise Certification.   • 1993 : Chang Xin Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. was established as a Grade A hydropower contracting company with a
               paid-in capital of NTD million.
  • 1995 : Company name changed to Chang Jia M&E Engineering.
  • 1997 : Self-purchased office in the fourth section of Bade Road, and moved to the office.
  • 1999 : Completed Costco Neihu hydropower fire protection project.
  • 2001 : Completed TSMC Wafer 12 Plant Grounding System Project.
  • 2006 : Completed the Taiwan High Speed ​​Rail S250 Standard Station Project.
  • 2010 : Acquired management of the National Taipei University of Education Sports Center and opened for operation in March.
  • 2011 : Obtain management rights of New Taipei City Zhonghe Civil Sports Center & New Taipei City Banqiao Civil Sports Center
               operate in a diversified manner.
  • 2012 : Completed the electrical, water supply and drainage and fire protection projects of Mega City.
  • 2013 : 1. Invested in the establishment of overseas subsidiary "Changjia Holding Co., Ltd." as a holding company to enter the
